Highlighted unsuccessful validation in Settlement

Unsuccessfull validations are being now highlighted for your convenience in Document details view. This applies to all documents in 'Unmatched' status and aims to show the matching differences. 

 

Step-by-step guide to see the highlights for unsuccessful validations in Settlement

1. Login to GEN with your credentials; 

2. Go to 'Documents' -> 'Settlement' tab; 

3. Search for a document in 'Unmatched status';

4. Click on it and go to 'Document details view'; 

5. Observe the highlighted fields in red, indicating the unsuccessful validations on this document'; 

 

Note: if you go to each hihglighted field, it will let you know the reason for not validating in a more detailed way

 

Here are some examples to look out for: 

[Legal name] Legal name of customer does not match static Counterparty data

[Street] Legal Address Details: Street of customer does not match static Counterparty data

[Postal code] must not be blank

[Sender ID] must not be blank

[Document usage] must not be null

[Country] Country code must be a valid Country ISO Code (ISO3166-1 alpha-2)

[Currency] must not be empty
