Receipt available as attachment on REMIT documents

You can now access receipts alongside each REMIT document, providing you with additional information related to your transactions.

Step-by-step guide on where to find the receipt attachment in REMIT

1. Login to GEN with your credentials; 

2. Go to 'Documents' -> 'REMIT' tab

3. Click on your document and go to 'Document details view' 

4. Here you can find the receipt symbol on the right of the statuses; 

5. Click on the symbol to download it. 

6. Resume your work.
