I. General

1. Improved SSO integration

We’ve improved the SSO integration to allow users to log in to GEN using their existing credentials, reducing friction during first access and day-to-day login. With this enhancement, SSO users are created and managed as a single user account, automatically assigned the appropriate default permissions based on their company access. This ensures users can log in once and immediately start working, without additional setup or manual intervention.

 

II. Confirmation and Settlement hubs

1. Providing email whitelabelling

Users can now send system emails using their own domain and sender address, instead of a GEN generated email based on product codes. This enhancement supports branded communication with counterparties across Confirmation and Settlement hubs. Once configured whitelabel sender addresses are used automatically for outgoing transaction and matching emails. This update enables a more consistent and professional customer-facing email experience.

2. Introducing user managed PDF templates in Settlement hub

Users can now create, manage, and use their own PDF templates for outgoing documents. This allows them to tailor documents to specific counterparties and apply the correct template automatically based on predefined criterias. PDF templates can be maintained directly within the PDF templates section, linked to counterparties in the contact details of Static Data, and managed efficiently through aligned import/export. This gives users greater flexibility and control over document formats while keeping template management aligned with existing static data workflows.
