Release Notes 28-Apr-2025

Follow the latest updates about new features and system improvements dedicated to our Product Hubs.

I. Confirmation and Settlement hubs

1. 'Unconfirmed' matching status has been renamed to 'Draft'

The 'Unconfirmed' matching status has been renamed to 'Draft' for better usability. This change aims to provide users with a clearer understanding of the document's current state. The term 'Draft' more accurately reflects that these documents are in a phase which is requiring further review or action before they can be matched. By adopting this terminology, users can more easily identify which documents are not yet confirmed, thus streamlining their workflow and enhancing overall efficiency in managing document statuses. This update is part of our commitment to improving user experience and ensuring that all terminology used in our systems is intuitive and self-explanatory.

2. 'Blocked' status used for gatekept documents

The gatekeeper status has been updated to 'Blocked' to enhance clarity and usability within our system. This change aims to provide users with a more intuitive understanding of document statuses that are restricted from processing or require additional authorization before proceeding. By renaming this status to 'Blocked', users can easily identify documents that are currently under review or are not permitted to move forward in the workflow.

3. Enhanced set up for routed documents

We have enhanced user management of routing lists as follows:

When the "Enabled for list" option is selected, only documents meeting the specified criteria will be routed for processing, allowing users to focus on relevant items. This is especially beneficial for managing large volumes of documents.

Conversely, selecting the "Disabled for list" option means documents that meet the criteria will not be routed, while all others will be. This flexibility enables users to prioritize documents based on specific needs.

The "Disabled" option is the default setting, ensuring documents are not routed without explicit intent, thus providing refined control over document management. These enhancements empower users to tailor their routing strategies effectively.

II. Regulatory Reporting Hub

1. Filtering documents based on multiple entries

Now, you can use multiple unique transaction IDs or contract IDs to filter documents within both the REMIT and EMIR hubs. This enhancement significantly improves the efficiency of your document management process by allowing users to pinpoint specific entries with greater accuracy. By entering several unique identifiers, you can narrow down the displayed documents to only those that are relevant to your needs, saving time and reducing the likelihood of oversight.

2. 'Transaction type' in documents overview for EMIR

Now you have the possibility to add the column of 'Transaction type' to your documents overview, providing you with enhanced visibility and organization of your data. Additionally, you can apply filters based on the 'Transaction type' column, enabling you to quickly sort and locate documents that match particular criteria. This functionality streamlines your workflow, making it easier to analyze and manage your documents efficiently, thereby aiding in more effective decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.
