Release Notes 28-July-2025

Follow the latest updates about new features and system improvements dedicated to our Product Hubs.

I. Confirmation hub

1. Configurable receiver email address for incoming PDFs

Users can now define a specific receiver email address in their contact details for inbound PDF-to-confirm workflows. This enhancement ensures signed PDFs are automatically returned to the correct recipient, eliminating the need for manual forwarding.

When setting up an Inbound / Receive direction with response types like Email, None, or Signed PDF, a new email input field becomes available.

If a custom email is added, signed PDFs are sent to that address.
If no email is entered, the system defaults to replying to the sender's email.
CC recipients receive copies but cannot take action unless they're within the same domain.

This update improves automation and reliability in handling signed confirmations for counterparties.

II. Confirmation and Settlement hubs

1. New 'Matching Type' information added to Confirmation and Settlement Hubs

A new “Matching Type” field has been introduced in both the Confirmation Hub and Settlement Hub document overviews. This feature serves as an important reference for understanding how each document was matched.

The 'Matching Type' provides visibility into the method used—such as email, PDF, UI interaction, or system workflow—and reflects the final matching path once a document reaches a conclusive state (e.g., Matched).

Users can sort and filter based on this field, allowing for faster navigation, clearer reporting, and improved transparency across confirmation and settlement processes.
