Follow the latest updates about new features and system improvements dedicated to our Product Hubs.

 

I. General

1. User Role Updates and Access Levels

We have made significant updates for our user roles and their level of authorization. This means that now users have admin or analyst role for each Hub and see only their relevant information, thus having a simplified and user friendly view.

User Role summary:

  • Admin has full access across the boards.

  • Managers have hub specific access without restrictions.

  • Analysts have restricted and read only access to ‘Company preferences’ and ‘Agreements’.

2. Easy Copy Static Data

As your business partners, we made it a priority to reduce all manual errors as much as possible. Therefore, we introduce to you the easy and solid way of copying your counterparty public data to private one as simple as a click, without any manual addition.

3. Dynamic Dashboards

All dashboards are now dynamic, which means you can even rearrange the position of the tiles or even click through the ones you have selected. The preferred view can be saved by each user as a default view.

II. Confirmation Hub

1. Limitless data mapping with Key-Value Pair fields

Now you have the freedom and the tools to integrate all your desired data using the Key-Value Pair fields in Confirmation documents. Our dedicated section for data mapping will list all the indexes containing the key-value set up of your information. Import all your data and manage it through GEN with the easy set up of the Key-Value Pair feature.

2. Better control with multiple approval set up

We have made it possible for you to act fast and laser focused through our platform by introducing the mandatory user approval for inbound documents. Now, you can enable 1st or even 2nd user approval for the below documents using the company preferences settings. This will be highlighted through the ‘Action required’ label that you can find on these documents.

  • Inbound confirmation

  • Returned confirmation (with barcode)

  • Inbound settlement (invoice)

3. Updated UTI Agreement

Yes, now you can benefit of an updated UTI agreement with our latest ‘Agreed UTI’ feature. This is being highlighted through document details view for your convenience.

III. Regulatory Reporting Hub

1. Improved document details view for REMIT

We have significant improvement over the REMIT tab that now shows you data in separate screens for OTC and OMP.

We have also enabled the Data Oriented View in document details which makes your relevant information to be screened better and quicker at a glance.

2. Enhanced actions and mirror transactions for REMIT

We have implemented quick actions that can be selected at ease for each REMIT table, as follows:

  • Modify transaction

  • Cancel transaction

  • Create mirror transaction

  • Create similar transaction

You can find the available actions for each document on the designated actions menu.

When creating mirror transactions you’ll need to set up some pre-requirements as below:

  • Business rule called ‘Generate mirror transactions’

  • Counterparty private data, Regulatory reporting details:

    • Delegated regulation REMIT active

    • Delegated report send to email and report on behalf of this party
