What is the Confirmation Dashboard

The Confirmation Dashboard provides a compact, graphics enhanced overview of processed documents.

The Confirmation Dashboard is enabled as per company, therefore all users of that company will be able to see the dashboard.

To get to the Confirmation Dashboard:

  1. Select the "Dashboard" - view on the lefthand side
  2. Click on the "CONFIRMATION" - Tab

 

The default view:

The default view consists of the following elements and their sub-elements:

  1. Filter Menu

    1. Dashboard type: Documents

    2. Date type: Trade date

    3. Period: Yesterday

    4. Matched on: no selection

    5. Document type: no selection

    6. Counterparties: no selection

  2. Document status

    1. Incoming documents

    2. Outgoing documents

    3. Average time to match

  3. Graphical representation

    1. Incoming documents by status

    2. Outgoing documents by status

    3. Incoming & outgoing documents by status

  4. Document trends



  • Reasons for mismatch - Header

    • Total contract value

    • Delivery point area

    • Agents

    • Total volume

    • Time interval quantities

    • Commodity

    • Other as selected by the user

  • Further analysis options:

Choose the relevant pie chart on the Dashboard and click on it, you will be directed to the document view.

There you'll be able to tailor the filters that have been applied to your dashboard, optimize it and have displayed the information most relevant to you.
