Learn about the routing functionality on the GEN platform and understand the difference between Issued State and Unmatched Status.
When using the routing functionality on GEN, the system will automatically send the necessary documents to the third party platform for processing.
After submitting a confirmation on the GEN platform, you will receive an "Issued" State signal indicating that your confirmation has been successfully routed to third party. Your confirmation will remain in the issued state until Equias has finished processing it.
Once the third party has successfully processed your confirmation document, the matching status on the GEN will change to "Unmatched".
